Pricing & Process
Process
For smaller jobs, we provide estimates based on detailed pictures and charge according to time. For larger or remodeling projects, one of our estimators will visit your site to review the project and submit a detailed quote. We require a 25% deposit for projects exceeding $5,000. Once the quote is approved and the deposit is received, we will contact you to schedule the work.
Pricing
We charge an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Our project pricing is based on both time and the materials used, ensuring transparency and fairness for every job.
Concealed Problems
If any concealed or unknown problems are discovered during the job, our craftsman will halt all work and inform both you and the office. A revised pricing estimate will be provided for your review and approval before proceeding further.
